Honey Garlic Chicken

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup honey

2 Tbsp tomato paste

2 tsp sriracha sauce or like kind hot sauce

4 cloves minced garlic

1 Tbsp rice vinegar

2 Tbsp corn starch for thickening sauce at the end

Chopped green onion for garnish

Cooking spray


Additional sides

Steamed broccoli

Cauliflower rice


Toasted sesame seeds



1. Place inner pot on Rocktablet while heating for 30 minutes

2. Spray inner pot with cooking spray

3. Place raw chicken in bottom of inner pot

4. Whisk together soy sauce ,honey, tomato paste, hot sauce, garlic, rice vinegar and pour over the chicken.

5. Cover with inner glass lid and place in Rockpot after tablet has preheated for 30 minutes

6. Let cook for 2-3.5 hours turning chicken over at 1.5 hours, chicken should reach 165 degrees internal temperature

7. Remove chicken and add cornstarch to sauce to thicken, whisk briskly

8. Shred chicken and add back to inner pot with thickened sauce and combine.

9. Top with chopped green onions and serve with suggested side of rice

Serves 4-5 enjoy!


Heating the RockTablet on stovetop:

Place RockTablet on the largest burner. Place inner pot on top of the RockTablet.
Turn the heat on high. Heat the RockTablet for 30 minutes with inner pot sitting on the stone. After 30 minutes, turn off heat, remove inner pot from stone.
Place HOT RockTablet in the bottom of the RockPot. Put the inner cooking pot (full of hot food) in the RockPot on the hot stone. Close the RockPot and latch the lid.
