Built to last. If your Rockpot has a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it. Submit your claim below — response within 5 business days.

Before You Submit

  1. Proof of purchase required. Have your order number ready or upload a receipt.
  2. You'll ship your Rockpot back to us. Once approved, we cover shipping both ways.
  3. What's covered: Manufacturing defects — cracks, breaks, or hardware failures that prevent your Rockpot from doing its job.
  4. What's not covered: Cosmetic damage. Scratches, dents, scuffs, stains, normal wear.
  5. Turnaround: Repair or replacement within 90 days of us receiving your Rockpot.
