You'll ship your Rockpot back to us. Once approved, we cover shipping both ways.
What's covered: Manufacturing defects — cracks, breaks, or hardware failures that prevent your Rockpot from doing its job.
What's not covered: Cosmetic damage. Scratches, dents, scuffs, stains, normal wear.
Turnaround: Repair or replacement within 90 days of us receiving your Rockpot.
