Lemon Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredient's

2 lb Raw tail off 31-40 defrosted shrimp 

8 Sliced large lemons

6-8 Sprigs fresh thyme

2 Bulbs peeled whole garlic-12 cloves uncooked

1 Tbsp fresh parsley

1 tsp oregano

1 cup fresh parmesan cheese

12 Pats of salted butter

2 tsp Old bay seasoning

1/2 tsp Cracked pepper

sprinkle kosher salt lightly

cooking spray

 

Additional sides

 rice

toasted baguettes sliced

roasted vegetables

pasta

Instructions

1 While heating stone tablet separately on heating source, spray inner pot with cooking spray.

2. Place lemons in inner pot, should fill almost inner pot half way up

3. Add defrosted raw shrimp evenly on top of shrimp

4. Add garlic cloves on top of shrimp

5. Add fresh herbs and seasonings

6.Add fresh parmesan cheese

7. Place pats of butter evenly over top.

8.  Add old bay over top along with salt and pepper and cover with inner lid.

9. Place heated tablet into base of Rockpot and insert inner pot covered with inner pot lid and close.

10. Let cook for 3 hours and serve, you can also reserve juices and add cream to drizzle over shrimp.

Serves 4-6 Enjoy!

 

Heating the RockTablet on stovetop:

Place RockTablet on the largest burner. Place inner pot on top of the RockTablet.
Turn the heat on high. Heat the RockTablet for 30 minutes with inner pot sitting on the stone. After 30 minutes, turn off heat, remove inner pot from stone.
Place HOT RockTablet in the bottom of the RockPot. Put the inner cooking pot (full of hot food) in the RockPot on the hot stone. Close the RockPot and latch the lid.
