Crab and Artichoke Dip

Indulge your taste buds in a decadent symphony of flavors with Crab and Artichoke Dip. This delectable appetizer is a culinary masterpiece that marries the sweet, delicate essence of crab with the savory richness of artichokes.


16 oz cream cheese softened

16 oz lump crab meat drained

2 tsp fresh minced garlic

1 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning and additional for topping

1/2 tsp fresh cracked black pepper

1/2 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 Tbsp Best foods Mayonnaise 

1 cup parmesan cheese grated

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1/3 cup sour cream

14 oz marinated artichokes rough chopped and drained


Additional Toppings

toasted baguette sliced


old bay seasoning

green onions



1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl 

2. Spray inner pot with non stick spray

3. Pour mixture in prepared inner pot

4. Place stone and inner pot with covered lid in Rockpot

5. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until bubbly and heated through

Serves 6-8 Enjoy!



Heating the RockTablet on stovetop:

Place RockTablet on the largest burner. Place inner pot on top of the RockTablet. Turn the heat on high. Heat the RockTablet for 30 minutes with inner pot sitting on the stone. After 30 minutes, turn off heat, remove inner pot from stone.
Place HOT RockTablet in the bottom of the RockPot. Put the inner cooking pot (full of hot food) in the RockPot on the hot stone. Close the RockPot and latch the lid.
