Turkey Sausage Egg Casserole

Indulge your taste buds in a symphony of flavors with our delectable Sausage Cheesy Egg Casserole. This mouthwatering dish is a celebration of breakfast bliss, combining savory sausage, velvety eggs, and a generous layer of gooey melted cheese.


2lbs ground turkey

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 chopped medium yellow onion chopped

1 red bell pepper chopped

1 yellow pepper chopped

1 orange pepper chopped

2 cup fresh spinach

1 tsp garlic paste

1 tsp kosher salt

1/2 tsp black ground pepper

12 fresh large eggs whipped

1/2 cup half and half

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Additional Toppings

1. place inner pot on stone while heating for 30 min

2. add olive oil to inner pot

3. add all chopped vegetables and salt and pepper, saute in inner pot until softened ad onion are opaque cover with lid

4. add ground turkey, stir well and cover with lid and cook 5 min

5. whisk eggs , half and half and cheese

6. add egg mixture stir well cover with lid and transfer inner pot to Rockpot

7. cook for 2-3 hrs 

serves 6-8 Enjoy!

 Heating the RockTablet on stovetop:

Place RockTablet on the largest burner. Place inner pot on top of the RockTablet.
Turn the heat on high. Heat the RockTablet for 30 minutes with inner pot sitting on the stone. After 30 minutes, turn off heat, remove inner pot from stone.
Place HOT RockTablet in the bottom of the RockPot. Put the inner cooking pot (full of hot food) in the RockPot on the hot stone. Close the RockPot and latch the lid.
