Hot Fudge Carmel Cake

Prepare your taste buds for a journey into the realm of indulgence with our decadent rich Hot Fudge Caramel Cake. This luscious dessert is a masterpiece of rich flavors and gooey goodness, combining the irresistible allure of hot fudge with the sumptuous sweetness of caramel.


1 cup all purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar divided

1 tsp baking powder

1 cup whole milk

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/2 tsp real vanilla

3/4 cup peanut butter

12 dove caramel chocolates unwrapped

3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup boiling water

 butter flavored cooking spray


Additional Toppings

Vanilla Ice cream

Whipped cream




1. Whisk flour, 1/2 cup of sugar and baking powder in med bowl

2. Add milk, oil and vanilla to dry ingredients and mix well

3. Add peanut butter and combine

4. Spray inner pot with cooking spray

5. Heat the Rocktablet for 30 minutes WITHOUT the inner cooking pot on top.

6. Add heated Rocktablet to Rockpot and insert inner pot

7. Spread batter in the bottom of pot then press caramel chocolates on the top of  batter evenly across the top of batter

8. Whisk remaining sugar and cocoa powder in a medium bowl

9. Slowly add the boiling water to remaining sugar cocoa mixture and combine

10. Pour chocolate sugar water over top of caramel batter and DO NOT STIR

11. Cover with inner lid and close Rockpot.

Cook for 2 hours

Serves 4-6 Enjoy !


Heating the RockTablet on stovetop:

Place RockTablet on the largest burner. Place inner pot on top of the RockTablet.
Turn the heat on high. Heat the RockTablet for 30 minutes with inner pot sitting on the stone. After 30 minutes, turn off heat, remove inner pot from stone.
Place HOT RockTablet in the bottom of the RockPot. Put the inner cooking pot (full of hot food) in the RockPot on the hot stone. Close the RockPot and latch the lid.
