Buttery Peach Dump cake

Delight your taste buds with the irresistible simplicity of our Buttery Peach Dump Cake. This dessert is a true testament to the magic that can be created with just a handful of ingredients and minimal effort. Picture sweet, juicy peaches nestled beneath a golden blanket of buttery cake mix, creating a symphony of flavors and textures with every spoonful.

Ingredients

1 Box French vanilla cake mix

2 14 oz cans peaches with juice do not drain

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 stick butter sliced into pats

Vanilla ice cream

Parchment paper

Non stick butter cooking spray

 

Instructions

1. Line inner pot with parchment paper and spray with non stick butter cooking spray

2. Pour both cans of peaches including juice in bottom of inner pot.

3. Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches, heat on stone tablet for last 15 min of preheating

4. Add entire box over peach  mixture evenly

5. Place pats of butter evenly over top and cover pot with another sheet of parchment to absorb moisture from heat. and then top with inner lid to secure

6. Place heated tablet into base of Rockpot and insert inner pot on top of tablet in the  Rockpot and close.

7. Cook for 2 hours let cool and serve with vanilla ice cream

8. Serves 4-6 Enjoy

 

Heating the RockTablet on stovetop:

Place RockTablet on the largest burner. Place inner pot on top of the RockTablet.
Turn the heat on high. Heat the RockTablet for 30 minutes with inner pot sitting on the stone. After 30 minutes, turn off heat, remove inner pot from stone.
Place HOT RockTablet in the bottom of the RockPot. Put the inner cooking pot (full of hot food) in the RockPot on the hot stone. Close the RockPot and latch the lid.
